Monthly gatherings held locally in Huntington Beach where we gather together as a community where all are welcome. There is always tea offered, Breathwork, Guided Meditations, and a 45-Hour long sound journey held in collaboration between myself and a different sound practitioner who joins me each month. Bring your mat, a blanket/pullow, and heart and spirit ready to dive deep and relax

Held once a month where goddess sisters come together in circle to sip tea, share our vulnerable moments, our triumphant moments, and be held by each other through all parts of life, always finished with breath/meditation/sound bath

Held twice a year, a small group of sisters take a journey together into nature, healing, and love. May classes/circle time/breath/meditation/sound baths/hiking/yummy food/laughter and joy

Mini sound baths at the end of massage sessions are always available upon request. For private events or one on one sound healing sessions with breath and meditation, always upon request and scheduled same as massage or private Pilates
